Metabolic conditioning is a state-of-the-art training style. You will build muscle, improve cardiac output, shed fat, and increase your athletic performance. Metabolic exercise is about burning the maximum amount of calories (specifically fat calories) possible during a workout. It is also about generating a metabolic "ripple" effect that will burn fat for many hours after the workout.

Gymnastics Inspired Fitness

Gymnastics-Inspired Fitness is just that… a fitness class that incorporates gymnastics-based exercises and movements, mobility training, and balance/coordination drills. It is an all-levels class, no experience necessary. In it, you will safely learn handstands, rings strength, basic tumbling, and intense bodyweight exercises.

Bodyfit kickboxing classes are taught by trainers with years of experience and expertise in traditional martial arts and MMA. Come in and just learn the basics, or even work up to live sparring!

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Reduce stress, temper control and much more!

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a martial art primarily consisting of ground fighting; it is similar to wrestling, but includes submissions (like chokes) and joint locks (like arm bars and foot locks). Learn from experienced instructors, alongside dedicated training partners. Bodyfit offers a special Beginner BJJ class welcoming any experience level, (including no experience!), regular Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with a diverse mix of all experience levels, and Advanced BJJ that will include plenty of live training.

Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is the perfect combination of fun, physical activity, and learning. Instructing both Jiu Jitsu and important values. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu teaches respect, self-control, teamwork and a positive mental attitude! In each session, we focus on character development as well as specific self-defense techniques that are designed to protect a smaller martial artist against a larger, stronger opponent.

Here at Bodyfit, we believe everyone should do some yoga, and we have our yoga classes scheduled so you can lift some weights and then head straight into yoga to focus on recovery, stretching, and mobility. A yoga practice helps with flexibility, stamina, using and controlling your breath to help increase lifting potential and improve form, It helps weightlifters have better mental strength when they return to the weight room. Everybody knows that a malleable, stretchy muscle is a healthy muscle, so incorporating yoga into your workout routine will make you less susceptible to injury.
