Gymnastics-Inspired Fitness is just that… a fitness class that incorporates gymnastics-based exercises and movements, mobility training, and balance/coordination drills. It is an all-levels class, no experience necessary. In it, you will safely learn handstands, rings strength, basic tumbling, and intense bodyweight exercises. Come check out this intensely enjoyable class every Monday and Wednesday at 5:30pm!
